1 FAQ
1.1 I am trying to reach you but you won't answer me!

Unfortunately we hear this more than we want. We will almost always answer within 24 hours if you email us at [email protected]. If you did not get an answer, it means our email is in your spam folder! Also order details or track & trace codes could get lost if your spam filter is a little too aggressive. Make sure to check your spam if you are expecting an answer from us.

1.2 What language are the cards?

Everything is English! When we add other languages, it is specified in the title/description!

1.3 My package has not arrived yet, what can I do?

Since COVID hit the world, post companies across Europe have experienced record breaking number of packages. A lot more is getting home-ordered.

This means packages regularly get delayed because they are simply too busy. Please don't worry! This happens frequently and in 99,99% of the cases they still get delivered, just takes a little longer. Make sure to keep an eye on the track & trace we have sent you! Sometimes you are able to pick up the package at a local pickup point.

If this takes longer than 3 weeks, please contact us. Before this time we can't do much but wait. After this time we can reach out to the post company but even in those cases most of the time all we can do is wait.
